Exchange:

We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order. Any product bought from The RK Closet’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label , packaging and tag in their original state. This policy is applicable to local orders in Qatar only.

  • For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
  • For products on Sale, pret and stitched collections, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
  • Exchange Policy is only liable within 3 days after the goods are delivered. This is applicable only for local orders in Qatar.

Exchange Procedure:

The RK Closet does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you. In that scenario, you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at sales@therkcloset.com along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.

Return / Order Cancellation Policy:

We do not offer return or order cancellation policy once the order is processed. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. The RK Closet has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution. Returned product would be collected within 7 working days and the amount of the said product would be refund (once approved by the management) accordingly.
